Jennifer M. Dyer, CNP

Jennifer was born and raised in California.   She graduated from Chico State University with her Bachelors in Nursing in 2003.   Jennifer worked as a Registered Nurse on a medical/surgical and oncology floor, telemetry floor, and in home health.   She was inspired to further her career and education after participating in a medical mission to Honduras.   Jennifer received her Master’s in Nursing and a subspecialty in Neuropsychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009 to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She is nationally certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the Ohio Association of Nurse Practitioners.    Jennifer believes it is very important to listen to her patients and help them be more active in their health and disease prevention. 

She met her husband in California and after his job contracted ended they decided to relocate back to his hometown in Ohio to raise their children. Outside of work she enjoys being outside, spending time with family, swimming, walking their dogs, reading, and giving back to the community.
